*$9.95 monthly charge for PBTV HD is an equipment fee, not a programming fee. Must have regular PBTV service to subscribe to PBTV HD. Where required, installation fee of $75 for set up of high definition receivers. In order to receive a true high-definition signal you need an HD ready or HD compatible television set.
