Mail Settings

For setting up e-mail client software on your computer or mobile device. (These settings work for most situations. If you run into trouble, please refer to your cPanel e-mail configuration settings or contact technical support.)
  • Incoming Mail Server

    POP3 Port: 995
    IMAP Port: 993
    Use SSL
  • Outgoing Mail Server
    mail.yourdomain.com
    SMTP Port: 465
    Use SSL & Authentication
  • Username
    Your full e-mail address
  • Password
    E-mail account password
Authentication with your e-mail address and password is required for all incoming and outgoing mail (IMAP or POP3 and SMTP).

Webmail & Managing Your E-mail Account

For accessing your e-mail from a web browser, changing your password and managing your account go to your webmail site at: webmail.yourdomain.com
There are webmail programs there for you to use. Choose the one you like the best. Your mail will be displayed in all:
  • Round Cube (easy to use with a clean interface)
  • Horde (more advanced features like calendar, tasks and notes plus a clean interface)
