Paul Bunyan Communications has an opening for a full-time customer service assistants reporting to the Grand Rapids, MN office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, detail-oriented person able to work in a fast-paced customer service atmosphere.
Qualified applicants must enjoy working with the public, possess good communication, computer and phone skills, and be able to work well with others. In addition, we are looking for someone with a technical background to assist customers with troubleshooting services that we provide. Along with customer relations, duties will include answering phones, assisting customers with state-of-the-art technologies in the telephone industry and operation of television equipment, computer and standard office equipment.
