Bulletin Board
The BFSC maintains two bulletin
boards for your convenience. All information pertaining to private
lesson
skaters will be posted on the bulletin board in the club locker room
located
at the back of the lobby area in the arena. Information pertaining to
Jr.
Advanced skaters, precision skaters, and basic skills skaters will be
posted
on the bulletin board in the lobby area of the arena. Please take the
time
to review these bulletin boards for any information concerning your
skater.
Club
Mentoring Program
If you are a Junior in high
school or older, the BFSC makes available a teaching/mentoring program.
Please contact a board member for more information.
Bemidji
Figure Skating Club Board of Governors / Club Meetings
Parents and skaters are
encouraged to contact their board members with any questions you may
have
about the skating program. A current listing of board members will be
posted
on the bulletin board in the lobby. The annual meeting of the general
adult
membership of the BFSC will take place on the third Monday in September
at 6:30 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express Bemidji. The regular monthly
meeting
of the BFSC is the third Monday of the month and will begin at 6:30
p.m. at
the Holiday Inn Express. All adult members voting and those adult
members
seeking election must be paid members of the BFSC for the new skating
season
before the start of the annual meeting. Membership applications and
fees
can be filed with the secretary anytime prior to the start of a regular
monthly meeting of the BFSC. All adult home club members are encouraged
to attend the Annual Meeting, as well as monthly meetings, as continued
success for figure skating in Bemidji greatly depends on everyone's
participation.
